ABOUT
Riyaz Kallumkal is an accomplished project management professional, electrical engineer and avid traveller, based out of Toronto. With life experience living in various parts of the world, his passion is to network, connect with people across the globe, and help professionals grow.
He spent his youth in South East Asia and the Middle East. Following the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, Riyaz relocated to Canada and started working in leadership roles in the data center industry. Besides vast experience working with top telecom companies across the nation, what signifies his career presence are the professional credentials from Professional Engineers Ontario (P.Eng, PEO) and Project Management Institute (PMI-PMP).
Riyaz is involved in technical entrepreneurial initiatives and support. He owns a project management and product development firm in Toronto. Currently, their team is working on the blueprints of environmental products which are scheduled to hit the market by the Fall of 2023.
At 6'3", Riyaz is a popular face among the local volleyball teams and plays as a middle blocker. He captains two volleyball teams during the cooler months. He also plays the right defence in ice hockey. When the weather is warm, you could find him wrenching his motorcycles, or camping in the backcountry with his big group of friends.
